About

Stacy believes therapy is a tool that can help people navigate through many of life's peaks and valleys.  In today's world where there is so much emphasis on physical health, Stacy believes it is just as important to care for our mental and emotional health.  Stacy believes when therapy is approached with an open mind and heart, clients will be capable of finding resolutions and inner peace.  With her calm presence, Stacy creates a safe and healing environment for the client to reach their desired goals.

Through a collaborative approach, Stacy meets the client where they are and helps them take their next step toward living a more abundant and fulfilling life.  Her specialties include anxiety, stress and anger management, self-esteem, body image, family conflict, adjustment to life transitions, trauma, domestic violence, depression, and grief and loss.

In addition to individual therapy, Stacy has experience facilitating adolescent girls’ groups as well as parenting education.  Stacy is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).  She received her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from The University of Arkansas and her Master of Arts in Community Counseling from the University of Texas at San Antonio.  Stacy is a native of DFW and is happy to be settled here once again with her husband and two children.
